  • StarTribe is booze, drug, and smoke free. It's unanimous, bars are raised when it comes to getting high on life at StarTribe dances.

  • Bring your own water, and prepare to sweat. Yes, we'll do our best to provide extra water for those who show up merely with a diet soda in hand!..but please don't bank on it. Power-up goodies such as cacao and superfood bars will be available, too.

  • Parents of young StarTribers: For children seven and under, please bring sound protective ear muffs that fully cover their ears. While the volume of the twenty speaker sound system is capped at 100 decibels, children's ears are much more sensitive than yours, and it is a priority of StarTribe to protect their hearing. And please keep your children with you at all times - for the safety of our fledgling StarTribers! Attendance is free for children twelve and under.

AN-TEN-NAE

An-Ten-Nae, a name synonymous with the very pulse of the West Coast's vibrant electronic music scene, has long been an instrumental figure in shaping its unique soundscape. From his tenure as Music Director at San Francisco's revered 1015 Folsom to his past role as Creative Director for Portland’s trailblazing venue The North Warehouse, his influence is far-reaching and undeniable.

Pioneering the Acid Crunk Compilations, An-Ten-Nae curated an eclectic blend of artists such as Griz, Opiuo, and members of The Glitch Mob, among others. This fusion of talents and sounds laid the groundwork for what we now celebrate as the West Coast bass scene.

An-Ten-Nae’s ethos revolves around evolution and reinvention. He consistently pushes his boundaries with unwavering dedication to his craft and an unwavering commitment to fostering community. Harnessing his custom setup, An-Ten-Nae delivers unique performances, blending live remixing capabilities with high-energy shows that defy the ordinary.

With a staggering 70 Million combined streams and downloads, his music has graced stages from EDC, Electric Forest, Shambhala, and Lightning in a Bottle to international venues in Australia, Tokyo, and beyond. His additional projects, including Dimond Saints, have resonated deeply with audiences worldwide.

Illusion of Duality

The Illusion of Duality can be found somewhere in between the Bass & the Treble. Chris, the alchemical artist, has been on a musical journey since birth to truly re-discover his sound. Born & raised on the west coast playing strings, percussion & keys, Chris honed his craft on the decks far before electronic music was popular in the early 2000’s.

With the use of frequency embedded in a universe of rhythm Chris navigates between the Darkness & the Light to bridge the gap between electronic and organic. On the dance floor, his worldly sound will guide you on an ever evolving adventure of downtempo bass, medicine house and pure vibes sure to lead you “home”. Beyond the good or the evil, to a place where we are all ONE.

Sema Rae

Sema Rae is a Songstress and temple artist from the Aegean Coast of Turkey. Deeply connected to the Earth wisdom of her Motherland, she has traveled the world for the past 14 years studying and drawing upon a multitude of sound and ritual movement practices. These lineages include, Nepalese Sound Healing, Yoga, Drum Medicine and SheDance from Thailand. Through transformational events, retreats and workshops, Sema teaches vocal empowerment, holds containers of authentic expression and gives the gift of song.

Her unique sound is inspired by her foundation in healing and devotional world music, channeling mantras and medicine songs. Her poetic story-telling is laced with angelic vocals, bringing codes of light from above. Her first single 'SitaRam' was released earlier this year, with more to come soon.

StarTribe presents Dance of Anatolia - an interactive somatic experience through movement, sound and ancient wisdom curated and facilitated by Turkish songstress, Sema Rae.

This transformative ritual dance is designed to take us on a journey through the ancient lands of Anatolia, or modern day Turkey, where the memory of the Goddess is kept.

Through the practices native to this land, we commune with the Mother Goddess - the revealer of inner truth. The intention behind this somatic journey is to reconnect us with both our inner power as conscious creators, as well as amplify our gifts within the greater community.
